Tanzania
and the entire community are still having some challenges. Most of the
challenges are in school girls’ dropout which affects women empowerment, socio
economic challenges, diseases, cross cutting issues such as high prevalence of
HIV/AIDS and its impacts including large increase of orphanage Children, high
demand for medical services and lowering of household economies. TADEO knowing
the need for support intends to help the children, poor men and women various
aspects of their challenging lives, presenting their rights and emancipate them
for social and economical development.
The
Association is open to all the community irrespective of their religion, color,
and race, political and educational aspects.
The mission is educating the general public in Mbeya region and in
Tanzania as a whole, on constitutional rights for social and economical
advancement.

CITATION OF THE BY LAWS:
These By Laws may be cited as the
TANZANIA ANTISCHOOLS’ DROPOUT EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION-TADEO.

NAME, ADDRESS AND LEGAL STATUS OF THE
ASSOCIATION
There is hereby established an Association
to be known as TANZANIA ANTISCHOOLS’ DROPOUT
EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION/ TADEO or
inter changeably here in after to be refered to
Organization.
The postal Address of the Association will be
P.O.BOX 320
KYELA
The head office of the Association will be situated in Kyela
Town
in Kyela District.
The Association may open office else
where as deemed fit to do so
STATUS,
TADEO
is a Non Government Organization and non political organization which will
acquire a legal status, with the following powers.
POWERS OF ORGANISATION
To own moveable and immovable properties in its own name
Subject to any consents required by law, to sell, let. Mortgage
and dispose of any of the property of
the association
To purchase, take on lease, exchange, hire
or otherwise any real or personal property.
To raise money, invite and accept
contributions or disclaim administer donations gifts, and
legacies
To borrow money and charge the whole or any
part of the Organization fund with repayment of money so borrowed in its own
name.
Cooperate with other charities voluntary
bodies, and statutory authorities operating furtherance of the objects or
similar charitable purposes and exchange of information.
To establish committees, directorates and
such other bodies for the proper management of the association.
To delegate any committee powers for the
transaction of any business which the Board of Directors deem proper to do so.

‘’ Constitution’’ means the
constitution / By- laws of TANZANIA ANTISCHOOLS’ DROPOUT
EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION (TADEO).
‘’ Kyela’’- means Kyela District.
‘’LAWS’’ means Laws of Tanzania and other
related International laws.
‘’NGOs’’ Means Non-Government
organization.
‘’FEES’’ Means Joining fees as
stated by Annual General Meeting to be paid by a member on
becoming a member of the
organization.
‘’BOARD’’ Means the Governing Board of the
organization elected the Annual General Meeting
of all members and responsible for
the daily activities of the organization
‘’ Member’’
means An individual group which has been admitted as member of the
organization
on
voluntary basis.
‘’AUDIT’’ Means examination of accountants of the organization by
professional registered
Auditing firm.
‘’Chairman’’ Means Chairman or Chairlady.
VISION, MISSION AND OBJECTIVES OF THE
ORGANIZATION.
VISION
TADEO
vision is to see a Tanzanian community is becoming aware and capable of
preventing, reducing and solving the problem of SCHOOLS' DROPOUT, and is
enabling the tanzanian children to get the right of education (going to
school), by taking back to school or provide education, to those who missed
this opportunity caused either by direct or indirect reasons/problems.
MISSION
TADEO
will work to enable and make sure the community and children in aparticular, is
getting the right of education,and is capable of using that education to
influence policy making and effective implementation, stimulate educational
dialogues and social changes, conduct researches, policy analysis and advocacy,
collaborate with other partners, donors, and education stakeholders to advance
participation, transparancy, accountabilty, social justice and human rights,
facilitating linkages and networking, and enabling a culture of ongoing training
to the community.
THE OBJECTIVES
To reduce and prevent the number of children who are not
getting the right of education (going to school), eradicate the problem of
school dropout, as well as solving the current situation and problems by taking
back to school and provide education to those children, as well as the
community who missed this basic right of education
To make sure those children taking back to school are provided with better
education which can enable them to sustain their current and future social
economical life.
To collaborate and cooperate with the Government,
parents, Guardians, Community in general, Institutions and Organizations,
Donors and other Stakeholders in tackling and solving the problem of SCHOOL
DROPOUT which is caused by either direct or indirect reasons or problems
especially on the sectors of Education and Environment, Health, Malaria, Aids
and HIV, Orphanage, Sexual and Gender education, People Living with
Disabilities (PLWD), Drugs abuses, Childhood Pregnancy and Childhood Marriage,
Childhood Labour, Street Children, and Human Rights and Justice organizations.
FUNCTIONS OF THE ASSOCIATION
The functions of the
Organization shall be
To initiates and operates economic
ventures in order to generate funds for the organization.
To determine minimum contributions this
will be paid by members for the funding of approved
projects and activities.
To ensure that good working relationship is established and maintained between
the Association
and the Government and the other
legal institutions or entities in legal issues within and outside
the District.
To seek financial and material assistance
from donors within and outside the country.
To seek loans from financial institutions
for commercial and other economic ventures.

To initiate and participate in self help projects with particular emphases to
education, health and
to HIV/AIDS projects.
MEMBERSHIP
Types of members
shall be founder members, ordinary members, and honorary members.
Founder members
shall be all members, or individuals who planned and established TADEO
before its registration.
Ordinary members
shall be such individuals who ascribe to the objectives and eager to activity
participate in functions of TADEO.
Honorary members
shall be those members determined by Executive Committee for their
contribution to TADEO.
The Executive Committee shall consider and deliberate on every
Application for membership and
grant membership or reject membership.
The general Meeting
shall have the final decision on the admission or rejection of application of
membership through the executive
committee and his/her application be either approved or rejected
by the Annual General meeting.
